Terms and Conditions

All prices include VAT. The shipping fee is separate and is
added at checkout.

Choice of postage is also done at checkout, 1st Class Mail or
Registered Mail. Registered Mail costs an additional SEK 50 (kr46.19).
When the value of the order exceeds Sek 500 (kr461.88), we recommend
Registered Mail.

Please observe that Design Helena Berggren does not refund or
replace products that for whatever reason disappear during shipment.

Shipping time Stocked goods in Plexiglas are normally shipped within
a week. If the product is temporarily out of stock, the buyer will be notified
immediately.

Colours and sizes of products Due to to technical reasons colours
cannot be exact.

The sizes of the different product is not in correct scale. 

Return and exchange policy Plexiglas jewellery can be exchanged
if it is returned undamaged within 14 days. The buyer covers postage
cost for retuned or exchanged items.

If the product is for any other reason not to your satisfaction, contact
us and we will sort out the problem. Satisfied customers are the
foundation of our business.

Product origin and material Design Helena Berggren guarantees
that all products are made in Sweden. The material is either Plexiglas
or 925 Sterling Silver.
